The JD program works on developing the basic skills to play water polo as well as tactical plays combined with a big dose of encouragement to play in modified games that build your child’s confidence before they move onto competitive water polo.

Swimming is a big part of water polo so players need to be capable swimmers as they will be working on their aquatic mobility necessary to play the game of water polo. 

At the end of each term we hold trial sessions  to measure progress and see who is ready to feed into our club’s junior teams.
