Players must be available to train a minimum of 3 times per week and available on game days (Saturday's)

Players trials will be held and selected players must commit to registering for summer season. 

Competition dates: 18/10/2022 to 13/12/2022 recommencing on 31/1/2023 to 25/3/2023.
